Ordering

Ordering Policy

• Orders can be made via email or in person. We DO NOT take orders over the phone.
• Orders must be placed with as much notice as possible, we recommend placing your order a week ahead of time.
• Emails are answered on business days: Thursdays through Mondays, between the business hours of 10 am till 2 pm.
• AN ORDER IS NOT PLACED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
• AN ORDER IS NOT PLACED IF YOU RECEIVE NO RESPONSE.

How to Order

The email to place an order is info@michelgras.com. Please provide a phone number. If necessary the baker will call you to go over the details.

When placing an order, please provide as much detail as possible in regard to your order.

Example: When ordering a cake, we need the following information:

• NAME
• PHONE #
• DATE
• SIZE
• CAKE FLAVOR
• ICING FLAVOR
• FILLING FLAVOR
• DECORATION

Orders are not confirmed unless you receive a verbal confirmation, or an emailed confirmation.

Michel is already working on several weddings for this year. We ask for your patience while awaiting a response.

Please be reminded that this takes a lot of time, as there are many details to discuss and a lot of steps to finalize. Michel works diligently to see that wedding cake requests are answered as promptly as possible. We ask for your patience when awaiting a response. The bakers are often busy baking.
